Steve is the hardest working, most competent real estate agent I have ever worked with. His years of experience are evident with every question answered and recommendation made. He has a well vetted network of folks who do inspections and repairs whose services I've taken advantage of and been very happy with.

He listens well. My wife and I had a long list of not-easy-to-meet requirements for our new home and within a couple of days he found it. He steered us expertly through the escrow process and it was executed without a hitch. In fact he found the house so fast we were caught off guard - we were about to leave the country for a three week trip! But it didn't matter, he took care of everything that had to happen locally and all the required paperwork was handled electronically.

In fact Steve researched who I was and already knew all about me before we even met for the first time. All of the other realtors that we interviewed only seemed interested in getting a quick sale and did not take the time to get to know us the way Steve and Diana did. Steve and Diana took care of everything during the sale processes and kept us informed every step of the way. They had excellent recommendations for staging the home and Diana spent many hours with my wife to make the home look just right. After meeting with several groups, Steve Lincoln, Lincoln Realty Group, was the most knowledgeable about Aviara/Avocer. His proposed listing price was 10% higher. And he delivered on that number setting a new record for Avocet. His wife, Diana, was there for us at all time. They aggressively built interest before listing so that we had multiple offers the first week and an acceptable offer in 9 days. They ensured the buyer was qualified so we are closing without any problems We recommend without reservation Steve and Diana - they are the best in North County.

John and I could not be happier with our home sale and it's all because it was marketing and leadership of our realtors. Diana came in with the perfect staging. It was genius to put up the 'coming soon' sign in front of the house. The offer, counter-offer process was a dream even though we were in Europe at the time. I was hesitant about hiring a realtor - what do they really do beyond adding the house to the MLS? Now I am a believer that the right realtor makes the difference.

The sale of our Carlsbad home went well thanks to the efforts of Steve Lincoln, our real estate agent. We worked closely with Steve for two months and we found him to be an extraordinary broker. Our house needed some renovation, particularly the interior. Taking charge, Steve and his wife did much of the work and the renovations to each room made the house look like new -- fresh, more spacious, and up-to-date. Our neighbors and we could hardly believe it was the same house we had lived in for many years. Brokers and buyers who came to view the house were favorably impressed and many commented that we had maintained the home very nicely. Two days after open house, we received multiple offers and our home was sold at a higher price than we had anticipated. Much of this was due to Steve's hard work, along with his outstanding sense of interior decoration and ingenuity, as well as his professional knowledge and experience. The service Steve provided was beyond our expectation and it could not have been surpassed.
